We welcome you as a vendor in our weekend market. We are pleased to book a table for everyone.
Costs: $40 per table
$37 x 6 = $220 if you book 6 fairs at 1 time and pay
$35 x 39 =$1365 if you book the yr

Cancellation policy:
There is a $5 cancellation fee received 21 days in advance.
50% if cancellation is received 5 days in advance;
If cancellation is received in less than 5 days the rental fee is non-refundable.
If you need to change your booking date you should notifiy us no later than 21 days before the fair. If you notify us in less than 5 days, sorry, there is no date change and the rental fee is non-refundable.
Vendors with similar product lines will be limited to 1 per category. Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.
We supply one table and two chairs per vendor. When you book the table, you will be advised on the the precise size of the table. Please bring your own table covering.
Weekend Market on Saturday runnings hour 10:00 am -- 3:00 pm. Vendors set up time is 9:00 am—10:00 am.
Weekend Market on Sunday runnings hour 11:00 am -- 4:00 pm. Vendors set up time is 10:00 am—11:00 am.
Please note: No tables can be taken down before the close hour.
Every vendor can put free advertisement on our website up to the fair day.
