We welcome you as a vendor in our weekend market. We are pleased to book a table for everyone.
Cost: $35 per table per day; If you pay for six fairs at $35 per fair, your seventh fair is free.
or $30 per table per day if book for one month;
or $30 per table per day if you make one payment for five fairs at one time.
Payment by cheque or cash.
Cancellation policy:
There is a $5 cancellation fee received 21 days in advance;
50% if cancellation is received 5 days in advance;
If cancellation is received in less than 5 days the rental fee is non-refundable;
If you need to change your booking date, but you should notifiy us no later than 21 days before the fair. If you change in less than 21 days, you will be charged $5. If you notify us in less than five days, sorry,there is no date change and the rental fee is non-refundable;
Vendors with similar product lines will be limited to a maximum of two products per category. Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.
We supply one table and two chairs per vendor. The table size is about 6'&8'. When you book the table, you will be advised on the the precise size of the table. Please bring your own table covering.
Calgary weekend fair open hours: 10:00am -- 4:00pm. Vendors set up will start at 8:30am—10am.
Please note: No tables can be taken down before 4:00pm.
Every vendor can put free advertisement on our website up to the fair day.

You can book any fair from March --- Dec 2010. We request 30 days prior the fair to receive payment to reserve the table.
